3 Month Program

Service Description

This program includes 6 sessions of 60 minutes each. We will meet one on one every 2 weeks for the next 3 months. As an integrative health coach, I will guide you towards your health journey while working together to find the approach that works best for you. Also, I will provide email support, articles related to health and wellness, blog posts, recipes and podcast recommendations. Additional service: Guide for pantry makeover and grocery shopping for supermarket stores also available for $50 extra. (Not included in program package)
