Each session is a safe, judgment-free space. We’ll talk about your health goals, challenges, and daily habits. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan with practical steps you can start using right away.
I offer different options depending on your needs: a free 30-minute session, a 1-session jumpstart, a 3-month journey (12 sessions), and a 6-month journey (24 sessions). Each includes personalized coaching, resources, and ongoing support.
Every client is different. Some notice improvements in energy, digestion, or mood within a few weeks. Others see more gradual changes over time. Consistency is key, and lasting transformation often comes in 3–6 months.
Sessions are held online (via Zoom or another platform), making it easy to fit into your schedule no matter where you are.
