This program includes 12 one-on-one sessions (50 minutes each), held every week for 3 months. Together, we’ll build sustainable changes that improve your digestion, energy, and overall well-being. Between sessions, you’ll receive email support, articles, recipes, and resources to stay motivated and inspired.
Transformational: 6-Month Journey
Deep support for lasting lifestyle change.
This program includes 24 one-on-one sessions (50 minutes each) over 6 months. Research shows it takes about 6 months to establish strong, lasting habits—making this program ideal for those ready for real transformation. Along with coaching, you’ll receive ongoing email support, resources, recipes, and tools to help you create a lifestyle that lasts.
